Sleeping...

so tonight began night one of getting Kenzie to fall asleep on her own at night. She likes to be rocked to sleep at night, and only night time. she will always fall asleep on her own for her naps. it took an hour of her screaming and me going up in 20 minute intervals rubbing her back but she fell asleep on her own. just breaks my heart having to hear her cry like that, and that Maddie has to sit there and listen to it.
