well since I've been here in Georgia, I enrolled in Tricare south but never established a PCM. Soo I don't really have a doctor

Do you have Prime or Standard.
I have Prime, have NO CLUE who my PCM is, but I call up doctors all the time and they take me. It just can't be a specialist. Those folks need referrals.
I go through family physicians like it's cool because I hate doctors.

We have Prime too and never have a problem seeing anyone.
We go to the Urgent Care Clinics all the time.

We've been married for over a year and i have yet to figure out Tricare. I do know that it's Prime. The only time I've even had a checkup through Tricare was when I wanted birth control pills and I was in England at the time. I just went to a doctor on base. No clue how it works stateside!

It's easy peasy. Especially if you have an MTF where you are.

So I just pick a provider off the Tricare south regional list thingy? Call them and say, "I need a checkup?" Or tell them exactly what I need? God I sound terrible!

You can find any provider on Tricare's website. When you call they will ask what the appointment is for. Just tell them.
